Always on Time

Is Always on Time still worth it?
Or since nearly every sparrow is fast af now, not anymore?
Any particular scenarios in dungeons or raids where the less noticeable to enemies perk can be useful?

Less aggro perk does next to nothing, aot still best sparrow cause it gets vernier thrusters (6 dodges) and faster respawn

I could only think of the Grasp of Avarice and one of the Partition’s sparrow bomb defuse along with one of the Neomuna’s strikes where a fast sparrow can be useful but none of it requires Always on Time.

90% sure aot is the only sparrow with 2 (3 with aggro but) perks at the same time

My bumper car has vernier thrusters so it's automatically the best sparrow in the game

AoT has more boost and higher HP
