How do spoils and red borders work now?
Can you get them just farming raids and can they still drop if it's not weekly?
Also can you get red borders if it's not the weekly but just one a week and not farmable?

1: the only raid you can spoil farm for is the newest one (crota's rn), but the other raids still drop spoils from encointers and secret chests once per week per character

2: the red border you can buy for spoils at the end and the secret red border chests are always lootable once per week
