I haven't looked too far into it yet, but I can't pickup any orbs for arc warlock to proc things like insulation or recuperation. I can dm the build but dm if you can try to help. TY!

you need mods that comsume armor stacks like surges for example. those allow you to pick up orbs even when your super is full
