If I cross save my xbox data to my pc account, will I lose all the DLC's I paid for on xbox, or only be able to access that content on my xbox?

You will only have dlc content access on xbox

you dont get dlcs, but if you bought the current season and dungeon keys on your account then you get them

yes what i said is true. so any campaigns will be locked. i think that you still have access to the weapons and armor you earned tho.

yeah you can use weapons and armor just cant play the campaigns and use their subclasses
