Master Lost Sectors, guaranteed you’ll see 8 per run, but that Guardian Rank achievement allows you to repeatedly stun the same barrier champion, so u only need 1
Nightfalls work too, but your team would probably destroy those in a heartbeat or you may not get the stun off them

there is also sometimes a barrier knight in the hellmouth on the moon
and you can just stun the same one over and over im pretty sure

garden at least has it right at the beginning of the encounter if you can cp it

the only currently available barriers are the one on the moon, in the legend and above mission on neomuna and the ones in raids
ron has barriers in the first encounter, if you spawn the tormentor there will be a barrier on the other side, and you can get like 2-4 stuns before you wipe
just bring arbalest or sth
