What's better to pair with Cowl?

I've been trying to solo-flawless Warlords Ruin on hunter, and I was curious whether Arc is still the best with Cowl or if Solar with knives beat it now?

I like arc too much, the jolt explosions are insane

do you have a good arc build? or atleast a video of one you can reccomend? I can't find one for this season

For ogre the dmg of solar is just way better

And for first boss idk tbh

For the last boss solar dmg also just better
