whats the best way to farm highest stat artifice armor? (which i assume is still duality atm), should i complete the dungeon all the way through first for the week and then farm at final boss checkpoint?

I would try to get a checkpoint and just farm the final boss. If you can 1 phase Caitl you can get runs down to about 3-4 minutes. The time spent going through the whole dungeon could be time spent farming just Caitl

and just to confirm, legendary armor goes up till 68 and some exotic armors go up till 71

is warlord better for high stat artifice farming or is duality still the best?

It's really down to time spent, not the specific dungeon. The faster you can kill a boss, the more armor you'll get per hour

Also yeah you are right about stat totals. 68 for Legendary, 71 for Exotics

If you find your luck to be quite bad for drops they nerfed it a few seasons back if you have the time and want to grind it go for it

But for rewards value to time spent focusing armour at vendors will grant just as good gear if not better gear than a mid tier artfice unless you get at least 64 with little waste

I personally think you can get just as good from vendors or better unless your willing to put a lot of time into it the farm used to be insane and drop like 64 plus every time but they nerfed it

I farmed ages ago and got most my gear and recently tried again and was disappointed on how bad the stats are, that's why I said it

It's kind of hard to recommend any specific dungeon because they don't have a minimum stat total for armor

I.E. you could get 57 rolls after completing an encounter

But general rule of thumb is to use boss checkpoints and kill said boss as quickly as possible

ah i see, so i assume all master dungeons can give up to 68 stat legendary armor, its just that its up to how quickly you can kill a specific artifice dungeon boss with your best kit (in combination with the other 2 guardian’s kits) that determines the best one to farm

id much rather take 3min longer for a kill if i know the gear is better on average

and duality might be the fastest, but the drops have been horrendous and nowhere near 68's

interesting, which dungeon would say has the best chances for higher stat gear at the moment or would you say all dungeons are kind of the same and usually stay below 68 and/or reach 68 a couple times if you farm long enough

also 68 is the absolute maximum a legendary piece can have, its somewhat unlikely to drop

average id say is like 61-66 and then occasionally the outliars that drop high stat

and 3 of those are artifice, so yeah...
