Tower Vendor Weeklies. They should give Powerful (Tier 2) rewards, after those,
Go for ritual activity weeklies (Strikes, Crucible, Gambit) to get some sweet powerfuls (and Pinnacle)
Barring all of those, every Raid except Crotas End is base (1600) light, so featured Raids are a very easy way to get Pinnacles
