Builds are not quite as cut-and-dry as one being the best above all others. Seasonal artifacts can change that, for example.

Normal activities can be completed with whatever is your prference. Just put together something you like.

He does an excellent job of teaching how to buildcraft, which is useful regardless of Season or Expansion.

BoW titans when I ask them what their damage rotation is (they don’t have one)

But yeah if you don’t need a super for dps then BoW titan is kind of comical
