Theres always the odd annoying gm but some are so free you can run them quickly no comms depending on the strike

Idk what the current rotation is like but devils lair for example is like a 12 min gm with a decent team no comms needed

GMs are a good source, but platinum completions on Master difficulty will also guarantee an Ascendant Shard.
