Can't complete learning light mission

Quest step 4 of 4, it says talking to Amanda, but it doesn't work when i approach to Amanda, no further step. I've tried abandoned mission but it doesn't work, how can I complete this mission

if its the advent mission you are talking about then just relaunch it, that should fix it. did for me atleast

yeah advent, i did relaunch, it didn't work, i've tried for a couple days, dont know why...
