Hello, i recently reached endgame for my titan and warlock characters, i wanna know how can i be the one carrying on gm's raids etc. cuz im still doing minor damage. I am light level 1813 on both characters, i have all dlcs besides shadowkeep and 30th anniversery pack (but i can buy them if its needed to get good weapons/armor)
#End game for warlock and titan

you just need a proper damage setup and build towards dps if you wanna... dps...
i just need help understanding the game
i am so overwelmed by the content
i dont know what should i farm and grind for
What exotics, what armor i dont know
armour you should go for stuff with high resil and discipline, exotics for warlocks, sunbracers, necrotics and stuff
for Titan should i got for strand or hammer solar
for titans synthos, abeyant leaps and pyrogales
both are very good
trinity and wish ender are good, but most legendary ones are not that good in pve
smgs, autos, handcannons for primaries
though they can be decent in gms if you play at range
wish ender is a long journey
not really, its a quick quest
what have you been playing until now?
like activity wise
then wishender really shouldnt be "a long journey"
its a very easy dungeon and you only have to do like half of it
to carry/do better damage you just need to familiarize yourself more with the encounters, and what would yield the most benefit. in raids people will usually tell you what they will dps with,
so just make sure you have something good for those cases and some good addclear weapons
for rockets, apex predator, cold comfort and hothead are great
for linears/divinity based percision damage stuff like whisper with catalyst, levis with catalyst, briars contempt and cataclysmic are great
for specific cases you should have a good sword like bequest or lament, acrius with catalyst puts in work in some areas, too and some good special weapons (fusions and shotties) for when you are debuffing
with tractor or sth
woah ty
kydro doing gods work
For GM, in order to be able to carry, you need to "not die".
For raids and dungeons you need to understand the mechanics so you can teach new people.
For DPS ... follow Kydro's suggestion
for gms its also important to familiarize yourself with spawns and spawn conditions, so you can be proactive
and not have to react if something like a champ suddenly spawns
tbh that is true for everything, nothing is truely random in this game and if you learn how that stuff works youll get a lot better at it
I highly recommend joining a clan for endgame and casual players alike and learning the game that way. Don't stress about understanding everything fully right this second, and just have fun. Everything comes with time and playing with the right people. Don't rely on this lfg for info bc there is a lot of misinformation spread. Just find good players to play with!
However from a warlock perspective, these are my must-have exotics:
Contraverse (void), Cenotaph helmet, Necrotic Grips
Sunbracers + Phoenix Protocol (solar), Vesper + Fallen Sunstar + Getaway artist (arc), Osmiomancy gloves (stasis) Transversives (speedrunning, not relevant for you)
Must have exotic weapons: Wishender, Izanagi's Burden, Le Monarque, Thorn, Osteo Striga, Malfeasance, Sunshot, Gjallahorn, Lament sword, Leviathan's breath, Quicksilver Storm, Tractor Cannon, Parasite, Witherhoard, Fourth Horseman
Optional but I love: Ticuu's Divination, Coldheart (with arc), Graviton Lance, Outbreak Perfected, Trinity Ghoul for lower end to mid tier content (not GMs)
Must have legendaries: Forbearance (vow), Apex Predator (last wish), Rufus Fury (ron), Iterative Loop (Neomuna), Riptide (crucible), Eremite (seasonal stuff, dps fusion option), Bequest (dsc, crota dps), Commemoration (dsc), Succession (dsc)
Song of ir yut (crota), Zaoulis bane (kings fall), Unforgiven (duality), Briars Contempt (Ron), Cataclysmic (vow), Acacias (ron) and Hollow Denial for trace rifles. Nezarecs Whisper optional but great arc glaive
