As I understand it, the harmonizers don't work on raid weapons anyway, and I'm not doing raids right now. What should I use them on? Are there any easier to get weapons that are very difficult to red border?

The harmonizers work on raid weapons, you just need spoils with it. The ones I really could recommend are from raids tbh. The rest aren't bad its just the fact that a lot of the raid weapons shine being crafted.
A couple harder non crafted ones would be the Battler, Retrofit escape, The other half,and the Ikelos smg. Raids are kinda a need for this. I say kinda as yea there are some good ones but its hard to find.

I'm planning to use it on apex or ikelos.
IMO don't use it on other half, farming dares for it is super fast and easy.

use the harmonizers on any of the mission rotator weapons you want but don't have
drop rates for red borders are abysmal

You’re already guaranteed two red border raid weapons per week from each raid
Use them on exotic mission rotator weapon, the ones that I’d focus are
Path of least resistance, Ikelos smg, Calus mini tool, and explosive personality
Those are the only real best in slot craftable guns that drop from the exotic rotator, everything else is either from a different source or not craftable

only use harmonizers on weapons from activities you hate doing
everything is gettable from raid to exotic weps
so just cheat the stuff you wouldnt have fun farming

The red border drops rates are terrible, you’re guranteed two the first time you run it each week
The weapons from each are:
Presage- Beloved, Drang, Austringer, Hollow denial, firefight, Calus mini tool, extraordinary rendition, bump in the night, maybe more idk my memory is ass
Op seraph shield- Ikelos weapons, disparity, fire and forget, tripwire canary, path of least resistance
And vox obscura is piece of mind, explosive personality, some mediocre stasis machine gun, and some mediocre sniper

Im ngl, i wanted to craft the plunder shotgun. Not because it was good but because its shaped like a blunderbuss which i think is really neat.

Yea i like Brigand's law too, with enhanced feeding frenzy and volt shot, it clears trash mob super quick
