not as good as Adaptive/Aggressive Frames, best damage roll is probably Field Prep/Explosive Light but Hothead has the same roll with 10% more damage for having a better frame and Apex Predator is the meta rn

It’s not a great Rocket Launcher. I suggest hoarding your materials for a better weapon
