So i already did the final Imbaru engine secret, but when i did it again with my friend, he didnt get the cutscene and he cant listen to the final radio message. HELP!

if you were party leader might be why, you should be able to find video and message on YT at the least or do it on 2nd char

similar experience. helped all the way from the first puzzle, unlocking cards, everything. transmat the egg and when we all went to orbit only loading screen with icons bottom right but no cutscene
given the OP's experience, it looks like any helpers may ruin the opportunity for the cutscene on that character. Hopefully the other characters can see the cutscene when they login after (and final radio message).

Just need to make sure person you are helping is the party leader and let them launch it
