You can try putting a support ticket in on their website but as long as you claimed the secret triumph to get the first one and don’t have one right now, it’s just a numbers game.

you get one every time from the legend lost sectors which are like 8-10 mins depending on your luck in matchmaking, can farm it pretty fast with 3 banner of war titans

doesn't look like the support ticket system would have an option for what you want to request. your next best bet is either a post on the forums or mentioning the d2team on twitter
but with the recent layoffs and restructuring, I wouldn't hold your breath for a quick response even in better times
