i mean if you kill 2 wizards and i kill 2 and we both pick the thing from them if it stack to 4 and we can kill the big ogre

No, it doesn't matter who picks it up, becuz when u pick those up, u need to extinguish it at the brazier, the boss shield will drop once u do that
