usually I do the destination bounties but I don't think the eris ones worked for me this time? so maybe it's the lectern ones instead.
iirc altar of sorrows doesn't give progress. maybe not until final wave.

see usually the bounties give like 10% which makes it bearable
lost sector gives like 10-11%, maybe logistics is fastest
