Is necrochasm a random drop, or is it unavailable now

every time you run crota you can get oversouls

#

there is a quest you get from end of the raid, you do 100 hive kills then once you get 20 oversouls then you kill crota you get the gun

there is a % chance you get bulk over soul drop of 33 which will complete quest and cat(once obtained

#

over souls are RNG drop from each encounter but you are guarenteed least 1 from doing full raid
