"Bond with strand" lightfall quest help.

there's a step where you need to "bond with strand" in one of the lightfall quests... but whenever i go, i don't see it in incursion zone? where the hell is it? does it rotate?

If im not completely stupid, Bonding with strand requires you to find those random tangles in the patrol zone. those can appear everyhwere, but are most common in the incursion zone.

Incusrion is currently in Zephyr concourse and will switch to ahimsa park in 1h (from this message). Its the one that has this matrix like digital rain on the minimap
