What specific content do I need to do to get these craftable weapons to drop?

Deadman's Tale if from Beyond Light. I believe you need the deluxe edition, not sure. Forbearance and Ikelos are from Witch Queen

I've done all of witch queen and haven't run into a single one ever, same with dead man's tale in beyond light.

Forbearance is from Vow of the Disciple raid which you need WQ for. Ikelos no longer drops normally. You need to do Seraph Shield exotic quest for it to drop which you need WQ season pass for, not sure if you need deluxe

Deadman's Tale is from the Pressage exotic quest which I believe you need Beyond Light deluxe edition for. So you obviously haven't done all of those DLC's
