if you own the current or two previous seasons for this year, the armor focusing you can do from those vendors can drop pretty regularly from 62-66,
with max stat 68s being possible. the stat distributions and stat buckets work the same as since you last played so unless you have a specific build in mind,
throw on a discipline armor mod on your ghost and that's a pretty easy and passive source for getting high stat armor. lucky for you if you own shadowkeep, this week,
the pit of heresy dungeon is farmable, so you can run boss checkpoints over and over for its guaranteed high stat armor. think the distribution is at least spikes of 16 in two stats.

Cause for most pve things people are happy to roll high recovery or resilience and bottom you normally one want one of the 3
If you have displine on you hope for low mobility where as if you have a resi or recovery mod on you need to hope for low int and strength so just higher chance of getting something decent
