Does anyone know the problem on this page? My friend said he's already been to the event, he's equipped with a mask, he said he didn't drop the page and he tried all the activities and didn't drop anything.

he has to have spectral pages going into the haunted sector activity to get the manifested pages. just wearing the mask and doing most activities outside of the haunted sector should award them
think heroic public events give 2-3, strikes, crucible, and gambit give 3. hero nightfalls give 6. the campaign mission farm gives 7-9
just make sure to wear the mask on completion.
if he did all that and still didn't get any, maybe check to see what his quest with eva says. but I think pages should still be earnable even if he spent them in a weird way

The checkpoint is right before you get into pods so pretty much get to that point and switch characters with your friend staying in the mission. And cycle the cp
