Is it still possible to get the dreaming spectrum shader from last wish armor/weapons?

Ive got and dismantled countless items this week yet not got it

Unless they changed it when they updated the weapons, I believe the shader is only on curated weapons which only drop from encounter chests. Just check weapons before dismantling and see if the shader is equipped
