what is the best exotic hunter armor to roll right now and what stats should you look for?

it's up to you, depends what type of classes you want to build

get everything once. try them out and check what they do. then you choose what you like

usually people will ask you to run Star eater scales, Omnioculus, Orpheus rigs, Celestial nighthawk or something else depending on the activity

It honestly depends on what kind of activity you're playing. For most of PvE, it's more along the lines of what feels good to you.

For the last 10% of PvE where builds really do matter, I recommend checking TheAegisRelic's channel on YouTube. He does a fantastic job explaining it all.

It’s good for invis support builds in gms and such

Does not provide the ad clear that falcons does but it’s nice for constant team wide invis if you want to rush through rooms

It's a bit more than that. If your two teammates are within range, you technically have infinite smoke bombs. That means you can stunlock normal adds over and over.

The only thing better than good damage reduction values is ensuring the enemy can't fight back.

Main ones are probably radiant dance machines for any class boss dps assassins cowl for arc gryfalcons void and maybe lucky pants and foe tracer if your looking for a bit more single target damage

RDM is like improving already peak dps
not really a main exotic like gyrfalcon/cowl/omni/lucky pants/star/cyrtarachne

RDM is also somewhat situational in its effectiveness. Star-Eater Scales is more general-purpose.

I mean if you want something for boss dps Star-Eater Scales helps so much if you use your gathering storm super as I was able to perform like 8.9 mill damage with just that and lament (against Crota almost forgot to say)
