Pretty much the same if your not looking for auto loading but hothead rolls are easier to come by due to less perks if you want auto loading go hothead

The main difference is that Hothead can get Clown Cartridge, which lets you load in 2 rockets per reload

they can both get field prep explosive light so if your looking for that roll there the same
