if u can consistently proc ignite ican isnt a terrible perk
however assuming you are useing enhanced with the fragment
it still only works on the 3rd ad
and if u arnt using the fragment wich is preferable because there are better options
it requires 3 kills wich
is just useless especially compared to other options
like grav lance

or even voltshot
and if your going to commit to using solar subclass there are easier options to consistetly proc ignite
and also as mentioned mini tool doesnt have good perks
