If you're only shooting 1 shot before swapping, focused fury will never activate. So go High impact. The enhanced reconstruction rotation should only use 1 shot of your energy weapon.

according to d2 foundry, hir activates at base mag capacity so wouldnt you go through like 8 shots before hir kicks in? or am i reading this wrong
