crotas isnt the weekly raid its the most recent raid. also where does it show that?

Crota will not enter the rotation until a new raid releases.

the raids can be found on their specific planets, ron is on neomuna

(returning from the DCV)

Crota isn't in the rotator because it is the most recently released. RoN is in the rotator and is featured. All other raids are both in the rotator and not the featured raid.

The most recently released raid will drop pinnacle gear regardless of the current rotator (weekly)

No. You'll have to own the dlc in which the said raid is.
Aka u need lightfall for ron

The only free raids in d2 are King's fall and Vault of glass.
While the free dungeon is prophecy.
Anything else and you need to buy the respective expansion
