If you don’t have materials to turn in at rahool for glimmer, heroic public events give 10,000-12,000. Most are pretty simple and fast to activate and you can just planet hop

sorry this is super late but check and see if you have any rainmakers in your inventory. they changed them so they give straight glimmer now when you use them (like 10k maybe?)
