3rd row down, 2nd column over... it's the card directly below Lament, the card with IX on it. It's the only one I can't find!!

i had troubles finding it also, i believe its the one where at the pillars that lead to the last set of mirrors, you look behind to see a hole in a wall where the card is

its hard to say trying to explain so a youtube vid would be your best bet
