no its jsut a low chance of getting one, flawless makes no difference, the Vex Strikeforce event in eomuna has a guaranteed drop of an exotic that isnt in your collections fyi

the only thing that matters is getting platinum by killing all the champions for the best chance at exotic

Legend lost sector is 20% and Master lost sector is 33%

you still either just get lucky or get shafted, there is no in between

I usually get the new exotics on 1st/2nd/3rd clear and if I'm actually farming I never get drops again
