Is it better to use a red herring for a void build dps or just use apex predator?

no such thing as a void dps build tbh is there a certain reason u want to stick to void subclass?

in the case you need a weaken then you definitely still stick to apex, your dps subclass rarely has fragments / aspects that tie into your dps loadout

the most important thing is having correct surge mods on your boots

you just miss out on monochromatic, you can run your surges to match apex

I run void orpheus rigs and I always get really low dps and I dont know what weapons to use in any of my slots so

watch some of aegis vids about optimal dps to learn about which weapon rotations / subclass and supers to use

tldr izanagi / gl / apex with star eaters blade barrage into rdm swap is the highest for hunter

but if you want something a little less complex try just regular izanagi / energy weapon / apex with blade barrage and practice going thru a rotation
