Glimmer farm?

Any good glimmer farm sources? I am constantly lacking in glimmer (usually just barely have enough to craft). Buying fragments for the characters is so damn expensive. But I need them for my builds.

Now, how do I farm legend shards?

Also, I was thinking of using all those legend shards to get a lot of exotic Armor from xur. I am a new player so I don't have many.

I guess public events is the way to go

but dont forget to use glimmer mod on your ghost

Does the glimmer rainmaker item (or whatever that's called) stack on the ghost glimmer mod?
If so, I might just spend some time completing heroic events with the rainmaker active

rainmaker got decommisioned, it doesn't boost glimmer anymore. you just consume it to get like 3k~ glimmer now i think?

so if you have a good amount still in your inventory, you can just use it to hit max pretty quickly

Dares of Eternity is decent due to the amount of drops you get, but keep in mind shards are going away with Final Shape in roughly 5-6 months

Heroic public events are 100% the fastest way. 16k per completion and on the EDZ u have them permamently

There getting removed in final shape so

Most people who have to many shards just buy glimmer with them there’s not really any good farms
