#Phontonic Vest cant be transmog

Hey,
I have 2x Phontonic Vest in my Inventory and i want to use Synthcord do use them as a Transmorg but i cant Unlock it because the Vest isnt shown as a possible Chest to wear?

Seems to be a known bug
