I've had the most success by taxing my internet as much as possible. Youtube videos, downloading stuff, ect.

i had to cap to 30, then download 2 games 1 on steam and 1 on blizzard to get my internet laggy enough to do it

if you have an xbox 1 or ps4, try that. i hopped on my day one xbox 1 and got it to work in ~10 tries
