starting next week, you're guaranteed at least 2 on your first full clear per week, and 1 on full clears after that. they're also rng drops from any encounter but the drop rate is terrible rn
they said they'd be improving it next week though
actually idk if it was next week or in the midseason patch, either way just do a clear each week and don't try to farm them yet
