It does, but you have to damage the target with shatter damage (Just freeze it and hit it). I would recommend trying to use a subclass verb to stun unstops though

Riptide (legendary fusion) comes from shaxx and can get chill clip, shoot twice quickly at unstopp and its frozen, shoot again, stunned, Win Win! shoot once at overload, stunned

you dont have to shoot with riptide the third time, i usually punch then unload with heavy

i had also forgotten about usntoppable fusion this season, though i do find that harder to proc than jsut riptide usage,

you have to aim down sites for a second or two?
i usually hipfire dipping in and out of cover so i am not pasted by the usntoppable chamions

well it is faster than getting the freeze to proc so its actually pretty helpful

for heavy anti unstop levi is the best

you have to charge riptide anyway, and the perk can activate while you’re firing. Unstop fusion is more consistent than relying on chill clip, even if chill clip still only needed 2 hits to freeze.

just ADS a bit behind cover and then shoot the unstop, stuns immediately

yeah with the artifact perk that is better but if its gone it will be slightly more relevant again

they asked for heavy unstop, so I guess you could technically use 1K Voices with the artifact mod

You can also technically use Salvation’s Grip for shatter or Queenbreaker for blind and both will stun unstops

both weps are but probably better than Levi breath if you don’t have the catalyst for it

on the one hand i know that is waht i need to do, on the other hand its basically muscle memory to hipfire with riptide twice and go for heavy at thsi point 🤣
