It's strange, but on my titan armor charges don't work at all for some reason. No matter what perks, mods, subclass, aspects, fragments, or anything I equip, I can't gain armor charges. Does anyone know why this might be the case?

I tried swapping on and off it multiple times, no fix. My hunter and warlock are running Monochromatic with no issue, it's only my titan
