I remember that it was mostly through heroic events but now it has become horrible.
What are the best alternatives?

Heroic patrols is the only way

#

keep reloading the patrol zones by flying to them (liming harbor) and keep relaunching the terminal overload

I'd say its like 40% to get a heroic patrol and every 2nd patrol drops a red border
