Revision Zero - Fourth Times the Charm Perk

Can you still get the fourth times the charm perk in season 22? I know it's tied to a quest but I can't find it on the helm.

I did the seraph mission on legend 6 times if someone was gonna say I get it from clearing legend.

yes, the quest doesnt exist anymore you just get it from legend seraph

Did you make sure the revision zero in your inventory is red bordered?

AFAIK, Catalyst progress doesn’t start till red border exotic is made

this was for dmt so it might be different but i got all the catalysts before actually getting dmt

you can get the catalysts without having the exotic red bordered yet

is it not a guaranteed drop for the catalyst each time? I cleared that shi 6 times

I did make sure the gun was red bordered, it dropped all the other catalysts but fourth times the charm
