I have the seasonal artifact set so that bows have shield-piercing rounds, so I am running Le Monarch cause its surged, and can stun overloading champs. Why are the barrier champs not breaking?

cant override an intrinsic anti champ

the order of application is "intrinsic" "artifact" "elemental buffs"

#

if it has intrinsic the other two dont work on it

#

if it has artifact enabled stun you cant use elemental buffs on it (for anti champ purposes)
