How hard is this to get? I heard run vanguard strikes but ive been doing them nonstop for days and nothin.

It's just rng, could drop on your next strike, could take until final shape. ive heard it's a bit faster to do crucible instead bc it's about the same chance as strikes but each activity is shorter so you could try that
and it's not very easily testable so I don't think we know what the rate looks like, or at least I haven't heard of one
