I'm very new to the game and want help getting the best stasis loadout that reloads grenades fast and reload on dodge fast these are my main requirements if you could also help me getting them that would be great

focus nade and class ability stats, probably with frostees if you want that although i should say beforehand stasis won’t do anything for you past normal content
i’d invest into a void/ arc build as well as have a solar dps build if you do endgame

Stasis is probably the weakest of the hunter subclasses, but if you want to you could use the recently buffed renewal grasps (mainly for hard content). Then just focus on discipline and resil.
Hunter is tough because you also want a decent amount of mobility as well. The arm mods are very important to ensure you can get a good enough loop to get the grenade back.
Other than that I would just use frost33s in normal content which will help with your cooldowns as long as you sprint.
