Weapon perk icons not loading on vaulted weps

It's been a problem since last season when I took a break from D2. Really annoying trying to clean out my vault, anyone know any fixes for this?

Might be your pc not running well

usually they load if your pc has problems or u got Internet problems

characters also sometimes don't render in and then they're this blue mist
