Synthoceps or Stronghold?

I'm making a strand titan sword build and Im stuck on what exotic I should use with the subclass

if youre using a sword a lot then use stronghold

probably use lament stronghold

Synthos are way better but if you truly want to toss strongholds are fine

with the nerf of double special, you wont allways have sword ammo, makign stonghold slight less viable, punch titan never runs out of fist

and then swap back

look warlock movement is far better

but skating titans are slightly better
