Is it worth masterworking armor before pinnacle cap? I'm a new player.

yes, if that armour has good stats (eg, 65+ total stats, well spiked, so no mobility or intellect)

okay thanks but don't you want high mobility for hunter or is that not true?

not really, unless you actually build into your dodge for stompees or sth, you really dont need it
