Trust/Yesteryear are okay primaries to go for for PvE.
And then at Shaxx, Riptide with Autoloading Chill Clip is even with the nerf still pretty good. And Randy's with Kinetic Tremors is another good PvE tool.

riptide with chill clip + auto loading holster from shaxx for one of the best fusions in the game, and hothead with field prep and clown cartridge from zavala for a decent rocket
i don’t know if chill clip is good or not anymore since bungie nerfed it with s22

Ironically it’s now ONLY good on riptide, instead of making different archetypes apply different slow stacks they just gutted the perk for anything that can’t get out 3 shots in a timely fashion
