you've probably finished by now but there was a spot in firebase hades on the edz where you could sit in patrol and cabal enemies would come out of 2-3 doors at a fast pace.
granted, I used this about a year and a half ago to finish mine but I don't think it has changed. use youtube to find the exact place to stand

The best place was Derelict Leviathan. Cabal all day everyday.
Try a solo instance of Defiant Battlegrounds and keep failing a no-revive encounter. The EDZ one should work best
