This season's exotics focusing

I cannot find the option to focus this season's exotics. Am I missing something, or is it meant to be that way?

Already have them, but I am trying to reroll for better stat rolls. Cannot find the option to reroll any of them at Rahool.

The new ones are the only ones I cannot reroll for some reason.

Have they changed anything related to focusing, or has it always been like that?

Every season, there is something new and frustrating with something nice and sweet. Was really looking forward to my Moth exotic, but the stat rolls pisses me off.

It’s always been like that. The newest season exotic cannot be focused until next season.
